1/ Advice: even if you never publish or share it, get it down in writing. I find writing helps me deal with my own PTSD. I was never abused by my parents, but was assaulted several times at school in Gr 6. I finally opened up to my dad about that just the other day.

I'm an old high school teacher. I specialized my career in teaching and supporting at-risk youth who've endured what you did, and learned this is NOT rare. Every single kid dealing with this evil are scared for life. It takes time and support to heal.
