I wish the energy of this hurricane could be spread out to all the Melissa's of the world, including me, to lessen the toll on Jamaica. My deepest concern is with that island nation and all life in the path of #HurricaneMelissa.
Read about the Hamburg meteorite that fell in Michigan on a cold winter night. Many pieces of this meteorite were recovered on the ice of a frozen lake. Serendipity! Our paper is now published and it is open access in the Planetary Science Journal (free download).
