Yeah, playing another character can be so good for your skills overall. Temporarily switching to Catherine in ah3 helped me understand the game a lot more and think about tools differently and look for different things in matches

Ultimately when you go to any signif transfem population, its hard to find any such place where the % that think its a slur(outside when used at them) reaches even 20%, usually smaller.
This is an exercise of monolithing a minority of trans womens' opinions as a bludgeon against other queer people.

Also one thing that's always asymmetrical about ahistorical positions like yours is there's never any real thought given to the lack of alts. Just "don't use term(& i wont put thought into why this isnt really an option for many)" or "use this term that doesnt fit & has similar baggage, like twink"

& frankly the term was only slightly used before 2019 when it exploded as an identity term, its history as a term people actually had familiarity with coincides directly with its use by queer people to self-identify. Compared to terms like queer that had a *way* higher negative:positive ratio...lol
