I've only watched the clip circulating so far, but it was so satisfying. Truly the recognition he deserves.

That's a really cool souvenir.
That's essentially my strategy. Except it's Chlorox wipes when I notice things are bad.
Also, we used a baby bathtub so I didn't feel a need to wash the bath for the baby.
They cut funding for healthcare and are funding war. People are going to die here in America from lack of healthcare while our troops die overseas. This is not an either/or issue.
Not anymore! They literally taste different from how they did in the '90s. Although I do think how they're cooked makes a huge difference.
Yep.
... or letting our D&D group provide meals and care packages when I had a medical emergency. It's hard for me to accept as well as give, but it's beautiful when that happens.
One of the ways I've been challenged is that being the village also means letting others help. This has meant asking our neighbor to sit in our house while our son slept so my husband could pick me up from a late flight ...
Yep I went back and rewatched the crater naming and started crying some more.
Anyone else crying with the astronauts over the crater naming?
This is the best response I've seen to this news. Although we could also make it a completely reimagined Diagnosis Murder while we're at it.
Okay I haven't watched the series but I read the books and this is spot on.
I have been applying to three jobs a week almost every week since late October.
I have had one interview.
This market sucks.
Me on job application: Yes, I am an Excel expert.
Also me: *Googling how to automate width of cell*
That's what I was thinking.
I still adore all the Nancy Drew computer games. π
Also, to be fair, Minecraft is used in classrooms because it's so good at teaching physics and other science concepts.
There's some Barbie games out there, and there's a free game for the Switch and computer that teaches financial literacy and environmentalism called Island Saver.
Kahn Academy as well, though that one is free. I don't like that they've been implementing AI and using kids to train it though. π
I think the PBS Kids games app (or website) has kind of filled that void. Completely free, tons of educational games.
My husband got ads for divorce attorneys on Facebook as soon as he changed his relationship status to married.
I've been surprised a lot lately at how my almost-six-year-old picks up on context clues in stories now. We were watching If yesterday, and he recognized that the mom died without them saying it at all. Reading to him every day of his life has done something.
Welcome to the best state!
My fatal flaw is that I hate TV breakups so much that they usually ruin the entire series for me. And don't get me started on will they/won't they.
This goes for everyone, including male hockey players.
I felt this way about the first Thursday Murder Club book, though I finished it. Another British man. The fatphobia as well as ageism was so gross. I'm shocked at how no one seems to see the problems.
Nooooo the only right answer is melon--all the melons.
My husband and I discovered it during a staycation. They have a huge board game collection. There's a small cover charge that includes a non-alcoholic drink, but you can stay and play for however long you want. If you like a game, they'll give yo a discount to buy it at a local game store.
You're Tacoma area. Have you been the the 15% Board Game Cafe? It's fantastic.
