Also cool trick, if you're absolutely happy with how you look at the end of your usual stuff you can just keep doing body weight stuff and also take creatine. It stores water in the muscles the same way inflammation does (kinda). No need for gym

It still goes away even if you don't stop because after you've beefed up a bit then but you will look better than with the inflammation by then anyways

Also not saying this is you, but there is a general inflammation that comes out from starting to work out most days and it does make you look better, noticeably, but when you heal after you stop it'll go away
