I didn't write Khorra as the WoL for two broad reasons.

First, I already have an OC that's the WoL. I wanted to do something different.

And I wanted to explore how the shards further, and I needed a new context to give myself a new angle to explore that concept.

I usually think of Meteor as a pretty straightforward Hero Guy. I just know Meteor isn't the other Azure Dragoon in Khorra's world, since that specific plot point belongs to the cat man. But Meteor and Khorra's relationship is one of cordiality and temporary alliances, they're not particularly close

He doesn't exist in Toki's canon.

But my other main OC, Khorra, is neither a shard of Azem nor the Warrior of Light. So unless I'm writing a scenario where I'm borrowing a friend's WoL, he's THE WoL. I haven't written too many of their interactions, but meteor kinda exists in the background.
