He’s summarizing the ruling (as he does) and quoting Gorsuch, who’s implying in his written opinion that “physical intervention” may be reasonable to ban, but the Colorado law goes too far by ~restricting speech. The Justice himself is implying that physical intervention unequivocally harms people.
