Genuinely terrified by what I might wake up to each morning now.

Imagine being able to just publish bad takes like this. That's real luxury.
Still friendlier than US medical system.

Curious if you're going to explore the various battery pack options? Or keep as is? I miss our 2016 Leaf we owned in the USA. Such a lovely car.
You seem unaware of decimals
As if switching a thermostat to Fahrenheit suddenly makes it able to manage optimising to a target temperature better. If you want your house to be 21C or 70F the aircon or heating system isn't actually going to get it within a fraction of a degree of any kind anyway.
Bill Gates' TerraPower has done so much ...
If Elon is that desperate to cash out on SpaceAiX then Tesla is clearly f**ked.
Oh Tim, I laughed too much at Proper Gander.

7.2TWh isn’t a lot when you look at the bess being installed … we need a lot more wind and solar before curtailment becomes a problem.
Being sued for defo before an election isn't a great look.
Wild. What's the point of collecting data if there's no theory, no analysis? How do you know what to collect if there's no context or theory behind it?
My M-i-L is a GP. She has amazingly neat handwriting. She even did the calligraphy for the name cards at our wedding. In the times of handwritten scripts - my wife had a script rejected for clearly being not from an actual doctor.
The ARM based machines are just next level. The 3 year old M2 Air I'm writing this on still feels stupid fast for what I need.
It's absolutely awesome. I've also done some work using Home Assistant to calculate CO2eq emissions from my grid imports so I can calculate my per kWh emissions. In the last 12 months I'm at about 57gCO2eq/kWh which is pretty good. (In SA, so grid is pretty clean, but still 1/3 grid).
It's about what they've been for the "spec you want" for a long time.
Welcome to the future Cormac!
I like that you're trying to make CyberSecurity sexy. Good effort.
Dude, it's better than 99.9% of us would do. Plus you found more about the owlet and a hollow!

It's kind of wild to think that Labor are the new conservatives - they're desperately trying to ensure nothing really changes. No changes to digging up fossil fuels, no change to helping the poor, no change to condemning evil. All about the status quo.
The Broken Hill example is so frustrating - all the components were there but no one built the "system" to use them.
Also makes the towns more resilient to other risks. There are places where they'll shutdown transmission during days of very high fire risk (usually middle of summer) so regional towns where this happens would still be able to operate.
Lobbying has the best ROI of anything a business can do, so quite a bit.
<lobbying from banks intensifies>
Yeah - but still cheaper and less publicity than fighting it in court.
Quote from their press release "The payment of a penalty specified in an infringement notice is not an admission of a contravention of the CDR rules."
