The boxes could have been installed in a way to have access from the hallway. I plan to have them make that exact adjustment to avoid these issues in the future. Do what you can to make things operate better.

Views atop the elevator shaft. Poor design with real consequences. Those boxes to the left are inaccessible for repair if a tech cannot get the car moving. We needed a supervisor multiple times now to recall the car and access this.

hard to exaggerate how nuts the engagement is on Bluesky compared to 𝕏. a vastly smaller user base (at least officially), but just look at these stats for one of the biggest newspapers on Earth. Musk has absolutely trashed the platform. folks, you are not locked in on 𝕏. not even a little.

The beauty of the free market of rents is if you don’t like how high the rent is in one place, you can, and this is an out there concept, adjust your priorities and secure more affordable housing in a different location. And the evil landlord will find another renter because thats how this all works

We have two wildly neurodiverse kids who have taught us so much about our own neurodiverse selves. They are amazing and bring us so much joy (and exhaustion 🤪).
