Back from a day keeping an eye on the South Dorset along with fantastic sabs from Weymouth Animal Rights and DABS monitors. Several foxes seen but no known kills. More Portman hunt supporters there…like the rats they are…deserting that particular sinking ship.

One of a number of foxes we helped escape the Blackmore and Sparkford Vale Hunt today at Yenston. Sabs were able to stop the 2 lead hounds, before the whipper in, seeing that we had the fox on film, stopped the rest! We love it when they sab themselves! With @dorsethuntmonitor.bsky.social

I can honestly say that I detest them more now than I did before the ban…and it’s the car followers I hate most. They don’t even experience any of the physical exertions that the field riders do. Worst thing is I’ll be seeing them again tomorrow, supping from their flasks and standing at gates.

It’s been a strangely emotional period since coming on to this platform and meeting friends from “the other place” who I’ve never met and probably never will. It’s like meeting fellow survivors from some tragic event I thought I’d never see again.
