The Vesalius Trust awarded student Athena Li a 2026 research grant for her project SonoSpine: A digital simulator for ultrasound-assisted lumbar spinal anaesthesia.

SonoSpine is an interactive educational tool for anaesthesiology trainees that simulates ultrasound training.
