If you have the capacity, I'd go for a second or third opinion if the meds you're on aren't helping. I had to get a second source assessment to get a diagnosis, and god it was expensive but worth every penny @-@

Best decision of my life, I am so glad that it feels like I can actually Use the time in the day instead of being held captive by my own brain. 10/10 worth the assessment.

Getting ADHD meds has been a literal game changer for my life. What do you mean it's this easy for people to just.... do things...... on demand......... for free............... not to mention just, so much less mental stress and less of a hair trigger response to everything.

What i do is i get those silicone molds and when I remember, I flip em into a container in the freezer and refill em. That way I can stockpile when my memory is good!

Could try the ice cube trick! Eating an ice cube can help shock the senses to stop the spiraling part of a panic attack :)
