He should just shut up. Nato has helped the one time a Nato country was attacked, that was after 09/11. And Nato would now help again if a Nato country would be attacked. But not when a Nato country is attacking other countries.

This is so horrible! I would say, in a first step, invent a system where everyone has a legal ID which is recognized by all States and then make this ID a proof to vote. But not the other way around, don‘t request an ID as proof if not everyone has one. This is sooo stupid.
