what happened on saturday
2h30 of average screen time on a full week is insane, compared to when i was averaging 9h per week sometimes (and almost 100% of it now is for music, photos, writing, workout)
2-3 weeks ago i took the habit to uninstall all social media before sleeping, and reinstall in the evening to check it, and over time now i just don't reinstall it at all because i forget about it lmao
