I'm going to venture a guess that they got the Tron license in anticipation of Tron Ares being a hit (presumably before that first trailer dropped), had that Jared Leto figure in prototype, and had to hard pivot after that trailer. 😮‍💨

He's great, I'll post up the side-by-side with his Goku counterpart, the contrast makes it that much better, also I have Vegeta facing at a 45° angle in that shot so you can see just how massive the hair is. So good!

Got #DragonBallDaima Goku, just got #SuperSaiyan3Vegeta last night and he's also great. Leaner than other Vegetas which tracks with the show, but also provides a little more contrast between him and SS4 Daima Goku, which I like. Also huge hair! 🤩

For transparency, I wasn't heavy handed with ai tool usage, I edit my own pictures. For edits I used "magic eraser" to clean up backgrounds, an ok ai feature with Google phones. It added minimal value and a societal net loss for everyone, so I'm holding myself to a standard I'm happier with now.

I’m going to set aside some time to read the comic, because the action figures of the new Ninja Turtles are very cool. The thinner limbs on most of these these make the articulation more functional and a bit more fun to pose.

For scale I wanted to show off Captain Zorax next to this Death Guard Terminator, not the largest #Warhammer40k by #Joytoy but quite large compared to most. I'm not sure if Zorax is the largest TMNT fig, but he's quite a bit bigger than the turtles.
