I cannot recommend enough having something every day to give you a soft reset. I have an alarm that just goes off at 9:35am. I dont remember what it was for originally, I set it over 5 years ago and accidentally made it daily. I love it.

That feeling of checking your email the night before coming back from PTO and seeing your regular 1:1 has been moved to first thing in the morning you're back... Anxiety is a hell of a thing.
Definitely makes it hard to escape. Doesn't help that I spent weeks doom scrolling out of anxiety and so now the rest of the internet also thinks thats all I want to see 😓
All I can think of is my wife sarcastically saying "motion is lotion", quoting her physical therapist, while actively benefiting from the advice.
It's always nice to help make dreams come true, especially for internet comedy and charity personalities while they raise money for sick children. Anyway, Graham, I'm glad you liked this:
Am I pessimistic that this site will eventually become as divisive and bot-ridden as the rest of the internet feels? Maybe.
Am I currently glad that it exists and I can engage online without being on Twitter or Facebook? Definitely.
