Saw a lady hit the neighbour's car when doing a completely unnecessary three-point turn (our road is a loop). She got out, checked the damage, told OH it was "fine" and drove off. Took the reg and a photo of her leaving. Told neighbours. There was indeed damage. Think she's in for a nasty surprise!
