This is bleak.
This is a great read. I'm a few years into my headteachering now, and I love it, but none of the senior leaders that I know aspire to headship - they feel that it's a lot of hard work with little financial reward. I believe that as with everything else in education, you don't do it for the money!
This is all the encouragement I need!
