Put up foil so the bird can see the window better while waiting on prettier things to make my window bird safe. This window faces the neighbors so now I officially look like the psychotic bitch next door who is waiting to get beamed up by the aliens. The 5G’s ain’t getting me!

I currently have a feud with a huge robin that seems to believe the reflection in my window is another bird. He’s taken to charging the window periodically, starting around 6am. I’m starting to empathize with Wile E.Coyote and other such cartoon villains with bird nemeses.

It was a perfect day for spring cleaning so me and @gawkinggeek.bsky.social and @itsembyrrose.bsky.social got out there and moved some junk! It’s crazy what you can do in a short while with some teamwork. And now I am clean and re-fluffed. This makes me happy.

Yeah we were both fine. Bastard got up and ran away, didn’t even leave his insurance info lol I just have a normal sedan but it is blue! I liked it better than the black or white or grey that were available otherwise and it didn’t cost any more than those.

Highly recommend it! Really changes the whole environment

Like a month ago my car got t-boned by a deer and I just had to take it back in because apparently my car comes with two door handle models and the one they initially installed was the other kind. At least they have free Coke and coffee and got me a ride home on them. They were pretty cool about it.

About to see The Dollop, my favorite podcast of all time live and I can’t wait.

My painting in progress of a nebula that will eventually be shaped like a celestial woman’s head with long hair. A black oval space is starting to imply a face with long colorful rainbow streaks billowing out to the right as if wind were blowing the hair. Within the hair are a rainbow surrounded by sky and lower down a purple area with an eclipse.

Made some good progress over the afternoon. Eventually it’s going to be kind of a celestial lady. The face is going to end up being the tricky part but I’ve had a ton of fun starting to work on what’s going to be the hair.

Thanks! I haven’t for a bit. I’ve gotten a lot more into ren fair season costuming though so I still have a lot of fun building outfits and looking good!

The latest addition to my virtual stable, a horse Arthur actually purchased legitimately. She’s another Dutch Warmblood that is stronger, faster, and sturdier than Bandit was. I named her Willow. The game describes her coat as chocolate roan and this does occur in real horses but it’s uncommon.

Another friend on the smaller side, the American Paint. They come in five distinctive patterns in this game and this one is the Overo. I caught and tamed her out in the wild for this screenshot and released her back to her herd.

Today I liberated this Morgan Horse mare from a wealthy plantation owner in Lamoyne. These are among the smallest horses in the game and I think Arthur looks a little silly on them, but they are very pretty and come in a ton of coat colors.

Honestly this gives me a thought-I can certainly tame and sit on them long enough for a picture without bonding to them and replacing one of the ones I have. If I come across more pretty ones I’ll probably post about them too.

Oh yeah and I’ve barely even scratched the surface of showing them. I’m just limited to having five at a time and didn’t want to get rid of one of these yet. There’s 19 breeds with multiple color models for each and they’re proportionally pretty to scale from each other and look distinct.

The final horse of my current collection, Bandit, the Dutch Warmblood who I named due to his dark facial marks looked like a mask. In our world this breed wasn’t around until much later, but I believe Red Dead is slightly alt history and that’s a really fun twist.

Anyone else nerd out about the psychopharmacology of substances being used and their chemical actions when you’re getting a procedure done? No? Just me?

Anyway that’s what I do for fun in my spare time.
