During the 20+ email exchanges I had with support I told them that I couldn't log in to my main account anymore. Their automated response each time was "just log in, it should work." They REFUSE to answer emails in-person. It's a frustrating copy-paste non-response every time and I can't get through

for 5 years, I had also spent a decent bit of money on it to support the game because I liked it. Late last year they switched to US servers because of the ByteDance thing and that was fine. In January I switched phones and could no longer log in to my account, it instead placed me in a new one.

It's been a month since my last email exchange with Skystone games about recovering my account. They said they would investigate how to move things forward but they never did. I never want to do business with them again.
To reiterate: I had an account for a mobile game that I had been playing...

The process for making these is a lot of work:
Perform trick, replay mode, screenshot different sections of the trick, export all to USB, import to desktop, use paint,net lasso tool to copy body in the next pic, paste onto first pic, add logo in corner, flatten, save, open in Luminar for touchups.

The techno-brutalist level design in Sprawl feels like the Matrix invaded Quake. The soundtrack by Revel perfectly matches the aesthetics and keeps the intensity when things get crazy. I loved every minute of it.

I kid you not, I have emailed them FOUR times asking if they could do something to help me, and their answers every time are "Just log out and log back in."
