Make statues of this.

ICE came to my neighborhood today. Will spare you the extremely NSFW screaming I did at them. My neighbors, however, are class acts and came out in force.

Shout out to a number of my neighbors who came out to tell them off and get the f out of our town. And to local reporters who showed up to talk to people and document it. 3/3

According to a neighbor the local PD wasn’t informed of either the alleged escaped criminal or the fed activity. They circled the neighborhood for maybe 30-45 minutes, helicopter above for a bit longer. I only saw one guy not in a car, so it must’ve been a real serious search. 2/

Two masked feds in an SUV in my neighborhood.

Feds on my block this afternoon, in suburban Chicago. 4-5 SUVs, helicopter overhead. They had CBP markings on their vests and claimed to be looking for an escaped “cartel member” but had time to stop and tell me I was supporting criminals by telling them to go fuck off. 1/

Is it at all surprising that a convicted felon would ignore a judge's order?

Happy first day of spring from the Chicago suburbs! Wondered briefly why I moved back up here from Austin. Then remembered we got out of a rapidly growing Christian nationalist hellscape ruled by that turd Greg Abbott. Give me frozen water falling from the sky any damn day of the week.

Hi, I'm God.

I categorically reject Donold's request for Me to 'bless America.' I will not be doing that until he is long gone.

Fuck you, Donold.

DOGE Staffers at HUD Are From an AI Real Estate Firm and a Mobile Home Operator Elon Musk's men at HUD come from the real estate sector. They have access to vast stores of personal and financial data—and control over who can access which HUD systems.

SCOOP:

#DOGE has installed two people at the Department of Housing and given them unprecedented access to the agency's highly sensitive data on millions of American and tens of billions of dollars in payments.

Both work in real estate.

Turns Out, Trump and DOGE Haven’t Actually Saved Any Money Government spending has continued.

Trump and Musk claim they’re saving billions through DOGE’s mass purge of federal bureaucracy. Instead, the administration has spent $710 billion in its first month, nearly a billion more than Joe Biden.

So - I've actually led Ebola outbreak response at USAID.

This is bunk from Elon. They have laid off most of the experts, they're bankrupting most of the partner orgs, have withdrawn from WHO, and muzzled CDC.

What's left is a fig-leaf effort to cover their asses politically.
