TBH the other thing that would keep them from fully existing in the same storyverse, imo, is that SP Aven and Ratio have been pining-while-fucking for a while and semi-intentionally leaving things unsaid.

I don't think CA Ratio is gonna last too long in that state, he's pretty cooked, LOL.
