I think one of the biggest frustrations is, like you mentioned, we just weren't prepared. We need time to adjust or figure out policy and we just haven't gotten it yet. So we've got teachers on all ends of the "Ban it forever" to "Embrace it fully" spectrum.

Fascinating video! I find it difficult to teach my students about algorithms because they change so often! It's hard to keep them on their toes but this helps.

I often get this from other teachers in my school, but I don't think they realize that a lot of accommodations are just the way the world works now. It reminds of teachers who used to say "You won't always be walking around with a calculator in your pocket!"

Adobe Podcasts can record students' voices, use AI to create a transcript, and then students can edit that transcript to simultaneously edit the audio recording! How could you use this in the classroom for things other than podcasts?
