This suggests Approval Voting might have provided clearer info than RCV about what NYC voters want. The RCV results imply Cuomo was "second place", but there were probably 3 progressive candidates voters preferred to Cuomo.

The right way to see the Statue of Liberty is from the water. Whenever I'm in New York City I love to take the Staten Island ferry—to have this view and be reminded of the good of this country.
It also reminds me of the opening theme of the 80s/90s sitcom Perfect Strangers.
