My method for dealing with dystopian despair:

1) Get yourself a warm beverage. Make yourself sip it slowly. Sit somewhere quiet as you do so

2) Imagine yourself on a rooftop, wearing a long trenchcoat, sunglasses, smoking a cigarette*

*even if you're asthmatic. It's important to the aesthetic
