Fair enough. I read it was homebrew but looking at the prototype that you preserved, it looks more like a prototype.
Update: I just learned that TriCNES isn't intended to play games, it's mainly focused on tool assisted speedruns (TAS). So MiSTer ranks 1st for emulators intended to play games.
This also adds support for Super Gun, a 1992 homebrew shooter that was preserved by @frankcifaldi.bsky.social
MiSTer FPGA’s NES core is being updated to improve accuracy, based on @100thcoin.bsky.social NES test rom.
It’s the 2nd most accurate way to play NES outside of real hardware.

Yeah I won’t be gaming on it. Having 3, full-height windows side-by-side is very tempting to me.
Ready to upgrade my workstation with an ultrawide monitor. Pitch me your favorite 49” model. Primary focus is productivity but might do some light gaming. Normally I prefer a 4K 42” TV but the shelf makes the TV too high.

not all #MiSTerFPGA SDRAM are equal! I've got 4 sets of two, so far only the ones from @misteraddons.bsky.social work flawless with the new #ATARI Jaguar core (of course this might change with upcoming updates). with the others, Alien vs. Predator won't even start.
Dongles into the receiver back
My new receiver was having HDMI CEC fits, so I went nuclear and added these dongles by @misteraddons.bsky.social to strip CEC. Anything not directly connected to the TV is suppressed. Now things turn on and off together again.
