Absolutely no word of the celebratory mood many millions of Venezuelans feel. I have no defense of Trump. I wish him the worse in Karma, but we most note that the situation is complex. Those headlines don’t hint at that - they sow the same sentiment that’s created polarization. Not dialogue.

Can a plan be revealed but not the details of the plan? I’m surprised anyone was surprised about this ‘invasion’ when the prep had been happening in plain sight. So perhaps news orgs should have reported on it?
