I stopped in the middle of my taxes with H&R Block this year when they tried charging me $65 for their "Pro" version even though my input was the same as last year, which was free.

What surprises me the most about all of *this* is how no one wants to do it. I thought at least Vance & Rubio were supposed to be shrewd politicians - there's no way the idiot is still useful. Maybe you lose some hardcore, but standard MAGA is starting to back off, so there's gains at the margins.

NASA isn't why the US doesn't have universal healthcare, or a social safety net. The US doesn't have those things because politicians with the power to provide them choose specifically not to (with varying levels of support from voters). Enthusiasm for human spaceflight doesn't drive that choice.

Dealerships as they currently exist are unnecessary & antiquated in 2026. And laws supporting - and requiring - them are anti-competitive & antagonistic to buyers.

Direct-to-Consumer, like Tesla & Rivian, is all we need these days.
