im sure you could find someone who would be able to diagnose you, even as an adult, it just means finding someone who specialises in it. unfortunately it could mean that you might have to wait (i've been waiting since mid july for these appointments) but im sure you could get it done 💕

so uh, guess who's just been diagnosed with adhd. honestly not super surprised but man, this information and access to support would have been made my life so much easier. but i guess i can see this as a new opportunity at life again
