Tiny little Index WA had its own #NoKings protest today. We got there late but still a big crowd!

Our pastor has a trans daughter and our office manager performs Drag on the weekends so, yeah we’re out there.

When our daughter played fast pitch softball in HS, the boys called that underhand pitch “throwing like a girl”, in a derogatory way. The girls challenged the boys team to a game and blew them away! After that the girls all got t-shirts that said “Throw Like a Girl”. The coach got one too.

I actually had to buy some Parmesan cheese. We’re having spaghetti tonight and I realized we were out and you can’t have spaghetti without Parmesan cheese! I was frantically thinking where could I go? Then remembered, our town has a locally community food coop!

Well they are all swimming strokes. Breast stroke, backstroke, butterfly and freestyle but butterfly is referred to as fly, never butter. I’m always like - purple group 🙄
