So I just finished watching @pkmncast.com play Pokopia on #Twitch, but now that's over, and I can't play Pokopia because my son's playing FRLG on his Switch 2 right now.

So instead, I'm working on my pokedex in Arceus.

The biggest thing I lost from deleting all of my Meta profiles is @carisahendrix.bsky.social (Lucy Darling).

She has so many more shorts on there vs YouTube, so I miss a lot of her content now.

(And yes, I also show my appreciation in the form of tips - but I never know if the maid who did the cute thing and the maid who comes by the following day or week are the same person, so I never really know if the extra tip truly goes to the person who did it.)

Am I a middle-aged person who sleeps with a stuffed animal? Yes.

Do I still enjoy the whimsy of coming back to a clean room and discovering that my plushy and my son's are having a tea party on the dresser, a slumber party on one of the pillows, trying to make coffee, etc? Also yes.

To anyone here who works as a #maid in a hotel -- thank you to those who do cute things with my stuffed animals when you clean my room.

I 100% understand it's extra work and you probably can't always do stuff like that, but it's always such a pleasant surprise and makes me smile.

I just looked up some old content (6 years old) for a performer whose work I greatly enjoy.

I won't name them because I actually... don't like the early stuff.

That said, it shows that they have grown into the character they're portraying and grown as a performer. I love to see it! 🩵
