I promise this isn't going to be my whole life now but I did have fun finally finding a toy build that worked for me.
Screenshot of the victory page for Galaxy! With a bit of luck, I was randomly dealt a hero that gets treasure almost every turn as well as a couple of items that double spell effect. The rest was gravy. The big player on the board is the Jabberwocky at 51.8k attack and 35.4k health. On the board is a newcomer, the big bad wolf, who adds defeated enemy totals to his own stats.
I may have gained an addiction.
Galaxy! Has a lot of chaos built in around the strategy. These are some of the biggest numbers I've seen since i started... Yesterday.

Rental Family was such a good movie. I appreciated how they handled the inherent tension respectfully without pushing it for the SAKE of tension.

This game feels like an inexpensive ad and, while the main character exudes the energy you'd expect from a first-person shooter, the mechanics make up for the obligatory gruff machismo.
If you're looking for multiplayer co-op, I think this one's a winner.

The main missions are long and can be challenging, especially if you're not working to commit the randomized boon pool to memory but the shorter scenarios are bite-sized and, until you're fully leveled, you never come away empty-handed.
I've been playing a lot of Deadzone: Rogue which is surprising to me because I am not generally a fan of the shooter genre. It can be fast paced and nuanced. There's micro and macro progression as you see in most rogue lites and the difficulty can be scaled to preference.
1940's Jeff Dunham was less impressive than I'd been led to believe.
