Enigma is that last character in the 4 art cards Tracyhas her. She was the villain in the IDW Chaotix’s 30th anniversary comic.
In the comics, she is cannon, but she is not a character in the games.

I'm really hoping that these statues are like perfection. Because waiting over 6 months for this feels like overkill.
