I’d have liked to see more Seska and Janeway and/or Seska and B’Elanna interactions in particular. More strong female character pairings would have great in early voyager seasons

I agree! Would loved to have seen more of these two play out on screen. Both actors did a brilliant job of making captivating characters with depth that could have been explored far more. Both with other characters as well as the main characters Chakotay/Tuvok their stories were paired with.
