Seeing a cat that hangs out outside my building. I'm standing outside, watching this cute cat watching me for almost 10 minutes. It's just makes me smile for some reason.

Accomplishment of something you have never done before. I'm trying to learn how to draw as an adult, despite not having picked up so much as a crayon in over 40 years.

Someone who tries to be as friendly as possible, mixed with a darkly twisted sense of humor.

Your mind/awareness. Some people suffer from mental deterioration, or Alzheimer's as they get older, and the thought of losing your memories, your thinking skills, the ability to just function... that terrifies me to no end.

Movies. I have a treasury full of pointless knowledge--I couldn't tell you when we landed on the moon, but I CAN tell you that the movie Clerks (1994) was almost rated NC-17 just for language, despite having NO nudity/sex scenes or graphic violence.

Freddy Got Fingered. I love stupid movies as much as anyone, but there's some that have NO entertainment value whatsoever.

And despite what MTV pushed on us, Tom Green was NEVER funny.

That's a loaded question! That's like asking which of your kids you love the most!

Classic cartoons from the Golden Age of Animation: Looney Tunes, Popeye, the old MGM cartoon shorts...

And of course, Rocko's Modern Life.

That it's okay to fail. Not everyone is going to be perfect, and there's nothing wrong with it--it doesn't make you less of a human being. But, we live in a society that tells us that anything less that perfection will not be accepted. And it's heartbreaking.

The scent/smell. You can kinda tell how they live off the jump--if they got pets, are a smoker, the kind of cook they are, or even if they keep a clean home.

I'm cheap labor

Sophomore year in HS. She was a new student that transfered in from another school, and something possessed me to sit next to her and introduce myself. She was a little alarmed at first, but we quickly became friends.

The friendship is still strong over 30 years later.

Living WAY outside your means. If you're paying $1200 monthly to live in a beat up studio apartment, maybe get a bus pass instead of dropping $1500 monthly for a new car payment. Just sayin'.

I have a long line of alcoholics in my family--I always thought it was hereditary growing up.

Low key, one of the best characters to come from that show. A great foil for Hawkeye and B.J., but wasn't an flat-out antagonist like Burns was. Complex, and character development to spare.

One of--if not THE greatest--depiction of a scumbag degenerate on television. Without him, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia wouldn't have the longevity it has.

The cast is great, but his introduction in season two caused the show to take off and never looked back.
