That seems like a tactical error.

Did they have one? Wtf that was so weird.
Agreed. It feels like that's exactly what Alvarado is here for. I'm actually a little confused about him being so firmly out of the rotation, but I guess there are only so many minutes to go around.
I wonder if Brown thinks they can get away with these mostly-bench line ups this round in the interest of keeping Brunson/Towns somewhat fresh for round 2.
Hart has been so awesome in the third quarter.
Garcia has been great, but for everyone else ... yeah.
So close!
Did not realize Josh O'Connor was in the new big Spielberg sci-fi movie. This is excellent news.
If Venezuela wins they should demand a photo with Maduro.
Are we going to send in the special operations forces to kidnap AlcuΓ±a Jr.?
I'm a huge Beatles, Wings, and Paul solo fan and I have not felt particularly compelled to watch it.
As the world's biggest MATERIALISTS fan, I support this post.
I want this to be the title of the definitive LeBron profile, a la Frank Sinatra Has a Cold.
Everyone really needs to go outside.
Oof. Can't ask for two better looks, especially the Brunson one. That hurts, but glad they fought back and made it a good game.
He was mad about it and dunked the ball into oblivion afterwards haha
On our way to see Hamnet while my mom babysits. The list of movies we've seen without him is so deeply parenthood-coded: Weapons, One Battle After Another, Frankenstein, Train Dreams.
We're at the point in the Knicks game where there's a guy on the court who I don't immediately recognize by sight (and it's because they're up by so much!)
π much appreciated! Somehow this baby is almost 1 already, but he's still not into podcasts π€
Having a baby has reduced my podcast intake by approximately 95%, but I find Galaxy Brain to be one of the handful that are worth squeezing into the little time I have. Looking forward to this one (as much as one can look forward to considering your own declining civilization).
... and yet!
Kansas pulling out that win on the road with one day off between games is pretty damn impressive.
Yes! I don't think I finished it because the first post-Erlich season wasn't so great, but before that it's dynamite! The season 1 finale is one of the greatest episodes of television.
I was at a craft store a few weeks ago and they have a whole section of wall art with, like, cows wearing sunglasses or whatever, and I realized that's the art that's going to be replaced by AI (if it hasn't been already).
This stuff really has me reflecting on how so many people really don't care about the quality of the art they consume.
I've been wanting to re-read this for years. Chabon is awesome. I've read Wonderboys 4 or 5 times and I really love his last novel, Moonglow. I'd heartily recommend both.
You are not alone (or even close to alone, I suspect)!
Stuff comes up, you've got to pay for it. Then you come up with a plan to pay it back!
I've spent a not insignificant a lot of time in therapy processing that financial stability is not equal to moral goodness!
I've been on the taxes go to credit card debt carousel for so many years now π one year it's going to be the last one!
I relate to this so completely.
Things I don't have: a Peacock subscription.
Things I do have: a 10-month-old baby.
I always appreciate how regular you are with the game updates because I am not getting to watch as often as I'd like these days!
