Switching from gouache to watercolor and back and forth is so hard I have to use both of them more. I keep forgetting how one works after trying to learn the other

Idk why I cleaned the pallet for the photo, I should have left our mess but it was a good thing bc the wind kept blowing our paintings on it so at least they didn't get messed up.

Went outside to paint this weekend bc Nora wanted to try my watercolors. My poor travel watercolors haven't seen the light of day in probably 10 years..... They were just as beat up as I left them when I had last used them.
