This week I added a Prebiotic Collagen Protein and an Apple Cider Vinegar (with Mother) supplements to my diet, and quite honestly I feel really good already. More energy, less bloated. Highly recommend! Still hungry all the time, but I imagine being on 1,200Cal/day and 80min/day cardio is why.
