Whenever someone comes into a chat I'm in and says "Hey I saw you one..." It's usually TikTok they mention. So anecdotally I would say TikTok would be a better place to put your efforts.

I built a basic overlay in Godot that reacts to Twitch cheer events. I use Firebot to forward the events to Godot through HTTP requests. Here's a quick demo.
