9AM turnout figures in Boston used to predict turnout. But since EV / AV / central tabulation practices changed, they don't anymore given large swings in the % of ballots that have been counted as of the 9 update. 36k ballots at 9 AM would be a blockbuster if the relationship still held. Alas.
