Israel maintains a quota of no greater than 10% Muslims/Arabs living within Israel. And yes, they can vote and run for the Knesset. But don't forget that Prior to 1949, Palestine was 95% Muslims/Arabs. Israelis pushed them out, took their land. 10% is a powerless minority. Israel is not a democracy.

Don’t forget, because of the nation state law, these Muslims/Arabs are second class citizens. The laws and enforcement applied to them are not the same as for the other 90% (eg housing is a glaring example). Defo NOT a democracy.
