I've been binging memoirs the last couple of years as I work on my own. They can be so powerful! But I will always read a new book by Alix Harrow. She's the fiction exception on this list and her latest did not disappoint! :)

Here’s some of my favorite #books I read in 2025. With the exception of one, these are all memoir/nonfiction. Even if you don’t read much memoir, give these a try and you might be surprised by the way they resonate with you and this moment we are living in. Have you read any of these? Happy reading!
