Homeowner appreciates corded and battery blowers for less noise and no toxic fumes. Landscapers could charge a rack of batteries (on their muffled, catalytic-converted ICE truck) and save $$$ on maintenance, oil, gas etc. But battery costs need to go down. Need a good lifetime-cost analysis.

Isn't noise limit regulation already a local restriction? Local landscaper uses a ride-on blower that's deafening inside my house with the windows and storms sealed. As a formerly-hearing-enabled person, this is an underrated health problem, deafening operators & neighbors and disturbing wildlife.

I'd really like to see leadership calling for impeachment and removal, regardless of whether they have the votes to get it done. Same way we called for marriage equality before we had the votes. A leader's job is to lead. If a genocidal threat isn't impeachable, then nothing is.
