A rural road at night surrounded by stars.
Step away from the screens. Go see the beautiful night sky. Let the vastness ground you so you are truly ready for what tomorrow brings.

Bore da pawb! Stay safe out there ❄️
A daisy in grass with some sleet on the ground.
There's something beautifully symbolic about this lone daisy in November sleet. It speaks to persistence, quiet strength, and blooming even when conditions aren't ideal. A little dishevelled but present!
A rainbow behind road railings.
A vibrant spectrum moment on the way to Newport City Campus. Teaching the Autism modules is my purpose. Absolutely love my job! 🌈 #AutisticLecturer
ADHD but silent without any conscious awareness, unless there's a deadline in the next hour.
Sunrise through blinds.
What a beautiful day...and breathe.
Thank you for doing this research Becky and colleagues. It's great to see this study situated in an international context.
Did you fix it?

You look fab, I hope you had a great time.
The first sign of domestic abuse - emotional or physical - leave. Get out as fast as you can & never look back.
If you have to think twice if u "deserved" that - you didn't. You never deserve abuse.
Don't save the relationship for the kids either - you're not doing them a favour.
Plan & escape.
Thank you, it's great to see you bringing the play of Autistic children and young people together in a single space.
Me please, I will be publishing soon hopefully.
This book will literally change your perspective on disability.

Why is @NHSEngland delaying the 2023 LeDeR report on avoidable death of people with learning disabilities & autistic people? Previous reports showed 1200 deaths per year
Is this linked to the Assisted Dying Bill, which raises serious concerns for these communities
If you think you're Autistic, you likely are. Given long wait times and privileged access to diagnosis in the UK, self-identifying is reasonable, also for those who don't want a formal label. Social media has allowed people to connect with lived experiences, helping them identify themselves.

I completely understand this. Microsoft Teams, bright wall colours, chairs too close together, no clocks anywhere, echoey spaces, inconsistent speaking etiquettes, not following rules succinctly, a lack of clear and coherent instructions, harsh lighting, no reminders about anything, PDF documents!
I wonder if Dr Georgia Pavlopoulou has seen this article? It's closely linked to Georgia's work that explores Autistic children and young people and their sleep.
Thank you Ann, I saw this article this morning and it's on my 'to read' list. A recommendation from you means I don't need therapy before reading it! Much appreciated ☺️ (a wide smile).
Amazing, I'll be having an iced latte please. Not yet though. It's still cold in Wales.
