Beautiful Breezewood!
Those were the days
I remember when you used to be able to give to take money away from your rivals (you know a hater like me did that). Talk about making tallying a real chore!
Man I loved that song when it came out. Another song I loved when it came out (when I was in elementary school) was “Heart of Gold.” I won’t tell you what the first single I bought was….
I’m going to have think about this more — I have a hard time separating best from “like best”
It occurs to me it isn’t even the best Tom Cochrane song, which is “Lunatic Fringe”
Agree, but just off the top “Steal My Sunshine” is a better driving around on a summer afternoon song and that’s without considering actually good songs
I still haven’t decided what the best song is, but I am pretty sure that this — which is fine — ain’t it.
No
And you know, that is probably part of why I couldn’t finish Uncut Gems
Drop your crime-fighting Catholics.
Episcopalian for sure
Those look AMAZING. Will you be offering them up for donations like the No Tyrants printing press ones?
I had thought about getting tickets to this when we went to see Marat/Sade but we are in the midst of a kitchen renovation and it seemed like it could be too much. But things are going well and your post prompted me to get tickets.
I believe you meant vise
I need to hear his opinion on sweaty donuts before I can make that call.
Mostly what they are doing is asking for advice for their kids that the kids should be asking their friends/classmates/RA/faculty member. At least at the school my kids were/are at.
We had that in our neighborhood, though it was explicitly Block Mothers. Most of us were military families and the dads were not around much at all.
People don't want others to know they are wrong, or confused, or anything other than perfect at all times. That's just no way to go through life.
Oh, now, that's nice. We can't finish ours (legally) since our ceilings are too low.
We pulled out some nice low lawn chairs from our days as soccer parents but needed to wipe them down first and scooch stuff around to open them up. New tasks for summer when it is nice to be in a cool basement.
The fact that the screen is the robot's finger and could crush the tiny dude at anytime is what struck me when that issue came in the mail this week.
Our UM alerts came after we were already down in the basement because the sirens woke us up.
Tired. Also aware we need to clean the basement better if we’re going to be sitting down there in the middle of the night.
That roof was just replaced not that long ago — hope they got a warranty.
Oh no!
I trust you saw the pictures of Yost’s roof lying on State Street.
They sure went off here in Ann Arbor!
Tornado sirens going off here in A2.
