Reuniones así son clave para alinear enfoques, generar nuevas ideas y avanzar de forma coordinada en retos complejos.
Y es que en persona todo fluye mejor: más interacción, más colaboración… y más ciencia que realmente conecta.
Para ello, aúna la experiencia en microbiología del suelo, biología vegetal, entomología, bioquímica y fitopatología de un excelente grupo de científicos de 4 grupos de investigación de 3 instituciones diferentes; EEZ-CSIC, University of Valencia y Universitat Jaume I.
El proyecto tiene como objetivo mejorar la eficacia de la resistencia inducida en tomate a través del estudio de los mecanismos moleculares que rigen las interacciones multitróficas planta–microorganismo–insecto.
En marzo celebramos la reunión del proyecto MECAMIR, financiado por la Agencia Estatal de Investigación, donde tuvimos la oportunidad de poner en común los avances alcanzados y debatir las próximas líneas de trabajo. 🌱🔬

🪲 En octubre recibimos la visita de Javier Manzanares (ICVV-CSIC), que pasó una semana con nosotros aprendiendo sobre el mantenimiento de colonias de insectos y técnicas de disección de larvas. ¡Gran intercambio de experiencias y una despedida con plato alpujarreño!
Estas jornadas, organizadas por el colectivo predoctoral del centro, son una excelente oportunidad para compartir resultados, ideas y cultivar el currículum formativo de los estudiantes predoctorales 👏
