One example of being human is our tendency to create art as though it’s going to change the world, even if we know it won’t.
Here’s a 15 year old Samsung ringtone being recorded with a full orchestra.

Aaaand ACTION!
I strongly believe in the value & utility of indie crowdfunding, and have put my money where my mouth is by backing 695 campaigns since 2011. 97.5% of them have fulfilled with only 18 MIA. Creators WANT to do the work, and if statistics are any indication, they deserve your benefit of the doubt too.
Venetian Stairs is now being sold on Tuesday Knight Games’ online store! @meldar16.bsky.social did such an amazing job on the art and layout. I’m looking forward to more awesomely weird collabs with them in the future!

This is one hell of a way to jumpstart my Orbital Blues collection!
Page spread cover art by artist, Mausoleum. A city artist block with anamorphic cats doing various activities like busking, dancing, and painting. Graffiti on one of the walls states the podcast name “The Future of Art in America”. A grey/whote cat asks, “how’s the project going?” And a black cat answers, “not bad, heading to the studio now, thanks!”

YES! HA HA HA… YES!
I love writing short poems as page/chapter breaks for my game rules.
An array of game materials, including the box set for Raph D'Amico's the zone (showing a half skeletal figure and a green swirl), dice and GM screen with the Cosmere RPG logo, the playbill-style cover of Jukebox and some conveniently hidden adventure print outs.
I'm getting packed up for PAX East! I'll be running spooky games (a Cosmere RPG oneshot and The Zone) over at Game on Demand and talking (singing?) about Jukebox to anyone who will listen! Come say hi!
I learned that when your work is play, it’s hard not to play all the time.
OMENDROME zine rests on a studio return monitor with a camera lens just behind it.

The camera operator with headphones (me) poses for a picture with producer Jason Serrato. Both wearing UnPub staff/sponsor badges.
Last week we wrapped filming for some paneling at UnPub Festival 2026. Excited to cut these together, make some neat new splash animations, and help this amazing event gain a new level of accessible media!
If Paramour funds, I'll be the editor! Come check it out during Orbital Blues month.
The government hates it when we share, all the more reason to do it all the time.
