Rewatched Looper for the first time in 14 years.
Not a great movie, but I enjoyed it, and generational trauma is a hell of a sci-fi trope.
The kid is learning a “really terrible song” in music class.
What is it?
“I don’t know. Some old white guys.”
After a thorough investigation, we’ve determined she is learning to play “Come as You Are” by Nirvana, who are, in fact, old white guys. So fair play, kid.

jealous of you seeing Silk Daisys! That'll be fun.

I did not know some of these albums existed.
Saw Rear Window last night for the first time, and was shockingly underwhelmed.
I normally enjoy Hitchcock, and Stewart and Grace Kelly were wonderful. The set was incredible! And I kept waiting for the story to hook me, and it never did. A really odd cinematic experience.
