Yeah, I think both teams will be much better by the end of the year. DQ and some of the others on Maryland are young but will learn to finish. Purdue is led by juniors but has a lot of freshmen that should grow into their roles by the end of the year. Fingers crossed!

Absolutely! I watched the game except for about 10 minutes of the second half when I was busy helping the kid with his essay. The Terps are looking good this year!

Sujey says that eating sweet potato pie does not count as eating my vegetables. I don’t need this kind of negativity.

Normally when I wake up at 3:00am with a great research idea, it takes about 10 minutes to realize it’s pretty stupid. Well it’s after 9:00 and I still think it’s a great idea, so now I need Sujey to come home and tell me it’s a knuckleheaded idea.

Harassment, racism, and engagement farming are not “a difference of opinion.”

I’m trying to figure out how someone can write a book about 20th century public intellectuals in the US and NOT talk about Baldwin.

To some, this is a blocking call. For Sujey, at Jayden’s scrimmage, this means “sassy pants.”
