Edinburgh Giants and Sheffield Eagles are new to Wheelchair Super League for the 2025 season, which starts on the weekend of June 21-22. Giants have been handed a tough start - against defending champions Leeds Rhinos.

His last Tigers appearance was against Moseley in November 1984. He left union to join Sheffield Eagles rugby league in what would be a short spell curtailed by injury. He went on to coach a number of sides, including Coalville, after being reinstated to rugby union.
